Lessard Builders is led by Brian Lessard, a third-generation builder who was taught the craft by his father, Addie Lessard. Brian is personally involved in the construction of each home and selects only premium products and highly professional trades.

To this end, we have chosen to partner with George and Lynch, the largest and most respected infrastructure contractor in the state of Delaware. They bring over 80 years of integral experience to the construction of our community.
