The best way to learn more about Oakwood Village is to schedule a private tour. When you set up your private tour, you get to meet with Brian personally and hear the vision of Oakwood Village directly from the top! You will have the opportunity to tour the community and walk through homes under construction.
Lessard Builders is pleased to announce that The Monterey model home and Oakwood Village’s Sales Center is now open for tours. Please contact us to arrange a private tour of the community. During your tour, you will witness the beauty of the surrounding 100 foot trees and see firsthand a custom home community under construction. We would also use this opportunity to point out the quality materials we use in our homes, which are behind the walls and not normally seen.

There will be a Lessard Builders representative at the model home on a daily basis. If you would like a tour with the owner, Brian, please call ahead to make an appointment.

Monday through Thursday — 12 am to 5 pm
Friday through Sunday — 10 am to 4 pm

Driving Directions
From Lewes/Rehoboth Beach
From Highway 1, turn onto Rt. 24 and head west for 5 miles. After the Lewes Rehoboth Fire Station, turn right onto Robinsville Road. After a ½ mile, turn left onto Conleys Chapel Road and after another ½ mile turn right onto Wil King Road. Oakwood Village will be a ½ mile on the left.
